We are a very small and friendly team here at I Should Coco. Andrea and Kev started the business in 2009, and 3 of our original members of staff are still with us ! 

Lesley was one of the first on board at I should Coco and knows all about Retail having grown up with a family shop. Originally from Manchester, she loves music, football and socialising and being with her family of 4 girls and 3 grandchildren. I love this picture of Lesley with her Cornish flag, presenting the Queen with an  I Should Coco chocolate corgi one day on St Ives harbour. The queen loved it and stayed with her for a few minutes, smiling and chatting. 

Becky has also been with us from the start. Shes Cornish born and bred and can do most jobs in the workshop. When she isn't with us she's a painter of quite beautiful scenes of St Ives and abstracts, many of which we hang on the shop walls, attracting much appreciation and admiration from our customers.

Dave works mostly in production but also sometimes in the shop. He makes most of our personalised products, and he's a wonder with chocolate. He used to have his own pottery, but now,  when he isn't with us he paints still life pictures and loves to walk in the countryside.
